PRESIDENT: Steve Mitchell - Founded Byteworks in 1998. Steve got his start in Information Technology in 1984 working with mainframe computers followed by experience with mid-sized, client-server, and n-tier web development. Steve has held a variety of leadership positions including Software Development Manager at Integrated Corporate Solutions, where he launched a Java Practice, and Group Leader for Java Development at UMB Bank, where he led a team of ten employees and contractors. He has an MBA from the University of Denver and brings Byteworks an understanding of both business and technology. In 2001 Steve became a Sun Certified Programmer for the Java 2 Platform . In the last decade he has architected and coded dozens of Java projects from Web applications to OSGI projects on embedded Linux.

VICE-PRESIDENT OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES: Martina Miller - In 1997 Martina founded Adeia Technologies, where she served as President for a decade honing her skills as a leader, consultant and project manager. Martina is highly respected for her integrity and ability to consistently bring in software projects on schedule. In her most recent role as Software Product Development-SERFF at National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) Martina oversaw a multi-million dollar conversion to Java of a mission critical application where she a led a ten person team of employees and contractors to successfully meet the aggressive deadline on-time.
